Where the aligned data runs out, every architecture fails alike.

Across three editions and dozens of entries, cross-collection scores clustered within hundredths of each other. The methods differed only in how they degraded, never in whether they did. Collecting more aligned data is expensive where it is possible and out of reach where it is not. So we generate it, which makes the next question unavoidable: what property of generated data actually decides transfer?
